By placing an order, accessing pckumar.in, requesting custom PC build quotes, or purchasing retail components from PC Kumar ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our retail operations, custom assembly benchmark labs, and workshop are situated at Baner High Street, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045. All transactions conducted through our website or workshop are subject to applicable Laws of India.

Custom gaming PC rigs and workstation orders placed through our website or quotation forms represent an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is issued via email or WhatsApp once component availability and target specifications are validated by our engineers.

• Quotations: Custom PC quotes provided by PC Kumar engineers are valid for 48 hours due to dynamic GPU and RAM market pricing.
• Component Substitution: If a specific component (e.g. specific RAM color or AIO model) goes out of stock, we will notify you and suggest an equivalent or higher-spec replacement prior to assembly.
• Pre-Orders: Next-generation flagship GPUs (e.g. RTX 5090 series) and special edition chassis are processed as custom pre-orders with priority workshop queue placement.

All prices displayed on PC Kumar are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Every custom PC built by PC Kumar undergoes a mandatory 24-hour thermal burn-in stress testing protocol in our Pune workshop prior to shipment.

• Benchmark Validation: Rigs are benchmarked using FurMark (GPU thermals), Prime95 (CPU stability), Cinebench R23, and MemTest86.
• Custom Sleeved Cabling: Wiring is custom routed and secured for optimal airflow and clean aesthetic presentation.
• Leak Testing: Custom liquid cooling loops undergo 12-hour pneumatic pressure leak tests before fluid filling.

PC Kumar provides express insured transit across India via logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx).

Wooden Crate Packaging: Assembled custom PCs are packed in high-density expanding foam inside custom-built wooden crates to prevent internal component sag or GPU damage during transit.

Unboxing Requirement: Customers MUST record an uninterrupted video while unboxing the wooden crate and parcel to claim transit damage or missing component insurance.

Due to the custom nature of custom PC builds and sealed component distribution, the following rules apply:

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before component unboxing or assembly begins for a 100% refund.
• Custom Build Fee: If a custom rig is cancelled after stress testing and custom cabling has commenced, a 5% restocking and assembly fee applies.
• Defective on Arrival (DOA): If a product or component arrives defective, notify us within 48 hours with video proof for immediate replacement.

All individual components carry official manufacturer warranties (e.g. 3 years on CPUs/GPUs, 10 years on PSUs) backed by national brand service centers (ASUS, Corsair, MSI, Gigabyte, Logitech, Razer).

PC Kumar RMA Assistance: Should a component fail during its warranty period, our Pune workshop team will assist you in coordinating direct brand RMA service.

Users agree not to misuse website services, attempt unauthorized server access, scrape product pricing data, or submit fraudulent custom quote requests. All content, logos, and custom rig photos on pckumar.in are protected intellectual property.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of transactions with PC Kumar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
